Estelle is a Personal Trainer and Life Coach with a specialization in Behavior Change. She helps women fall in love with exercise and create healthy lifestyle changes that last so that they can have more energy, confidence, happiness, and freedom. She thinks of herself as a teacher and guide at heart and loves guiding women to find their own way within the health and fitness world. While Estelle’s primary methods of teaching involve laying foundations for long-term change and habit development, she loves strength training and helping women gain confidence with weights and at the gym. Strength training was a primary element that helped Estelle gain self-confidence and begin her daily health practices. She believes it can do the same for other women.
